Is this a healthy diet?
Breakfast/ Morning Snack:
Protien bar, cereal with 2% milk, oatmeal, or sometimes nothing
Lunch:
Half of a Peanut butter sandwich, a diet soda, a package of crackers, and a nutrition bar.
Snack: A piece of fruit, a protien/fiber bar, or some pretzels
Dinner: A main dish (either meat, pasta, soup, or a sandwich)
Two small portioned side dishes (could be anything from red beans and rice, to fried okra, french fries, corn, salad(rarely), mushrooms, or mashed potatoes with gravy)
A diet soda, sweet tea, juice, or coffee with 2% milk and Slenda.
Dessert: Most of the time nothing but sometimes I’ll have a piece of milk chocolate, a cookie, a scoop of ice cream, or some fruit.
Is my diet healthy? If not, how should I change it? You may also add your daily diet if you want to. Thanks for your answers!

your diet sounds extremely healthy.
but always eat breakfast, otherwise you’ll want to eat laregr portions throughouut the day.
There are alot of bready and grainy things in your diet. Maybe add some vegetables. At lunch instead of half a peanut butter sandwich, opt for an apple, or a small salad. For dinner instead of 2 sides, have a salad then dinner dinner with 1 side. If you are going to watch your sugar intake, then why ruin it at the end of the day? The worst time to eat dessert is at the end of the day. You dont really do anything to burn it off.
Avoid fried foods. Opt for Baked items.
Go for 1% or skim milk.
Please see if it meets with the following routine.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
